    • 1 & 1/2 shot light rum
    • ½ shot coconut rum
    • ½ shot banana rum
    • Pineapple mix / Orange juice
    • Half & Half
    • (shake)
    • Garnish with umbrella-skewered cherry and orange slice
  • The Emerald Tablet :

      Mix equal parts golden fire of the sun with the deep blue serenity of a tropical lagoon, and you have the Emerald Tablet. Energy drink gives this alchemical concoction its unique green hue and pick-me-up kick.

    • 2 shots vodka
    • Fill almost to top w/ energy drink
    • Splash pf pineapple juice
    • Sparing float of Blue Curacao
    • (shake)
    • Garnish with umbrella-skewered cherry and pineapple slice
  • The Bitoan :

      Bitoa is a south sea island paradise that isn't charted on any maps. Discovered by seafaring men blown off course by a tropical gale, it has become a legend. Luckily for you, they carefully preserved this recipe, said to be the beverage of choice of the isle's big Kahuna. Hint's of kiwi and lime give this cocktail its distinctive flavor and bright green tint.

    • 1 Shot light rum
    • ½ shot Mango rum
    • ½ shot Midori
    • ½ shot Kiwi liqueur
    • Pineapple fill
    • Dollop of whipped cream
    • (shake)
    • Garnish with lime slice
  • The Liddle Giddle :

      Named for LA's "Neon Toy," Go-Go Giddle Partridge, this creamy white delight is topped with a float of maraschino cherry juice and garnished with a cherry. Delish!

    • 2 shots vanilla vodka
    • Pineapple juice almost to top of glass.
    • Float of half and half
    • (Shake)
    • Drizzle maraschino juice over top.
    • Garnish with two maraschino cherries
  • The Casa Bonita :

    • Soda water
    • Splash of Pineapple juice

    • Float of Coconut milk

    • 1 Shot light rum
    • 1 shot coconut rum
    • ½ shot Blue Curacao
    • Almost topped with pineapple juice
    • Splash of cream, gently stirred in.
